H.O.G Officer Training (H.O.T) 2024

We are looking forward to welcoming new Officers and having back previous attendees.     
As Chapter Officers and leaders, your passion and enthusiasm are a beacon for members to follow.  You put a huge amount of time and energy to keep the wheels of H.O.G. running.... You are H.O.G.!!   H.O.T. is designed to help you do less, share more and focus on Riding and Having Fun not just 

ATTENDANCE

Please discuss with your teams as to attendance, however, at the very minimum, all Primary Officers should attend, whether you have been previously or not.  The program is also open to all Discretionary Officers and identified potential future officers.  The invitation is also open to your Sponsoring Dealers who will be receiving this notice. 

A reminder that Chapter funds should be used for attendance for H.O.T. for Chapter Officers.   H.O.T. teaches and provides tools to all Chapter Officers that are considered a necessary part of running a successful chapter and part of what chapter funds should be allocated to. At the very minimum registration fees should be funded by the Chapter.

There is a cap of 8 per chapter at this point, however, this may change depending on registration progress so please register early!

All attendees must be current H.O.G. members and will need to provide their H.O.G. number, Chapter name and Officer Position at time of registration.

Cost:                 $95 per person and includes the following:

Saturday:          All sessions, morning/lunch/afternoon tea/dinner.

Sunday:            All sessions, morning tea/lunch.

Cut-off date for registrations:   Wednesday 12th June

Timing:  Sessions will commence at 8am on both Saturday and Sunday.  Sunday will conclude at 1pm, followed by a group photo then lunch and farewells. (Depart by 3pm latest) It is recommended that attendees arrive on Friday.
